Processing time

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 working days. See our live shipping rates and estimated delivery dates at checkout. If your order is time sensitive and you are unsure if it will arrive on time please feel free to contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping

We work proudly with a global production partner to bring art to your walls quicker and with less CO2 emissions. Your order will be printed and despatched at the closest production hub to you on premium materials, using the highest quality printing equipment and inks. 

The majority of orders arrive within 7 days of ordering. We offer live shipping rates and delivery estimates, once you input your delivery address into the checkout you will be shown live rates and estimates to choose from. If your order is urgent please upgrade to an express delivery option if this is available to you.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Pit Lane Prints are not responsible for delays due to customs or courier delays.
Packaging

Packaging depends on the size of the print and the country where the item is produced and shipped to. Our standard packaging is flat for A4 prints, tubes for prints bigger than A4.

For framed prints, the print is placed within the frame and arrives ready to hang. The frames are packed with corner protectors and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frame(s).

Canvas prints are shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes to ensure no damage during transportation. Mounting kit included.
