Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes, you will always receive a tracking or reference number for your order. Please make sure you add a valid email address at checkout.
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
Sometimes the post can be slower than expected. We have no control over this once it leaves us. Most orders should arrive within 72 hours from when it was despatched, if you have not received your order and you have checked any tracking information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My order has arrived but has been damaged in transit, what do I do?
We do everything we can to avoid you receiving a damaged product in the first place however sometimes it is out of our control and may arrive damaged. In this case we are happy to replace your order for you, please email us email@example.com with a photo of the damaged product you received so that we can make a claim with the postal service and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
