If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We do not offer a free returns service and we suggest you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via email at the earliest opportunity: firstname.lastname@example.org
- If there is any damage to your order please attach photographs to the email.
- Package your order in the same way it arrived to you, if this is not possible let us know so we can instruct you on the best steps.
- Send the item(s) back to us to the address provided.

Once your return has been received and inspected you will be notified and your refund or exchange will be processed without delay. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to show in your account.
